Toomey Residential and Community Services provides numerous residential and clinical services. Services and programs are available to children who cannot remain at home and require foster care placement and children who are Unaccompanied Refugee Minors who come to the United States from around world and whose lives have been torn apart due to conflict and oppression.
This is a Full Time position, 40 hours per week with on call responsibilities in our Foster Care program serving unaccompanied refugee minors.

The Foster Care Caseworker will provide case management for unaccompanied children and adolescents who are in foster care. Through a service plan, including the youth and the foster parent or other care givers, the case worker coordinates services to assist in providing for the psychological, emotional, physical, medical and educational needs of the youth as well as to help establish permanency resources for the youth. On-call responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree in human services. Must speak at least one language other than English. Valid driver’s license with positive driving record and ability to use own car to travel to home visits and to transport youth.
