This position is Full Time, Monday-Friday, 35 hours a week.


Oversee and Coordinate the daily services of Relocation Caseworkers and support staff.  Plan and implement activities that insure the success of the Relocation Services program.  Manage the provisions of service in relocating and supporting homeless and housing vulnerable individuals in accordance with funding source.    

1.      Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff and volunteers to achieve program objectives.


2.      Serve as advocate and resource for program, staff, and program participants.


3.      Monitor expenses and use of program assets.  Make budget recommendations.


4.      Establish short and long term program objectives.


5.      Insure the maintenance and timely completion of all program statistics and reports required by the funding source and Catholic Charities. 


6.      Maintain a clean and safe environment as appropriate.  


7.      Act as a liaison to all governmental agencies and interface as required at local, state, and national level.


8.      Lead in increasing productivity and quality within area of operation.


9.      Maintain guidelines established by the funding sources and Catholic Charities policies and procedures.


Bachelor’s Degree with three (3) years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Knowledge of local Human Service delivery system, including public benefit programs. Experience working with low-income and/or homeless individuals preferred.
