The Chief Compliance Officer effectively designs, implements, and leads all QI/Compliance activities for Catholic Charities of Onondaga County, and Toomey Residential and Community Services to ensure the provision of quality services, the promotion of continuous quality improvement, and oversee and monitor the agencies compliance with all applicable regulations. The Chief Compliance Officer serves as the model for ethical standards and behavior, ensuring an ongoing culture of compliance at both agencies.
Bachelor degree in social work, human services, nonprofit management or related field with eight or more years of relevant experience required; Master degree and previous supervisory experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS and/or other database systems, and successful completion of a background check is required.
