Responsible for the day to day management and coordination of activities related to employee recruitment, hiring, and on boarding using best practices for Catholic Charities of Onondaga County.
Bachelor degree in human resources, business or related field with One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a human resources environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and regulations is required, experience in the development and implementation of new systems preferred.
Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and HRIS systems; The ability to demonstrate and adhere to the Agency’s Core Competencies.
