    The Housing Coordinator will build and maintain relationships with landlords and property management. Locate potential affordable apartments or buildings. Perform initial inspection of all units. Work with clients and providers to identify the most appropriate setting/location for a new unit. Work alongside management staff on shared projects. Manage the relocation portion of the CNYCC Innovation Grant within the Health Home programs, including dissemination of financial assistance. Respond to emergencies and notify proper personnel in a timely fashion. Follow program policies and procedures. Audit leases and track annual inspections for Supportive Housing Program. Perform other tasks/duties as assigned.


    Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid N.Y.S. Driver’s License, Clearance from N.Y.S. Child Abuse Registry. Knowledge of computer systems and computer operations, proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel, Customer service skills. Oral and written communication skills.  Ability to operate office equipment: fax, copier. Manual dexterity sufficient to work with children/adults in a challenging and active environment.
