    The IT Manager will advise Catholic Charities and Toomey Residential in the effective use of information/communication technology through assessment, evaluation, recommendation, design, implementation, training and on-going monitoring. Act as a consultant in the development, implementation and management of agency technology plans. Serve as the network administrator for both agencies, including server maintenance, IT security, software and hardware purchase, installation and maintenance. Coordinate technology resources within the agencies including PC hardware, software, telephone system, voice mail, email and internal communication. Initiate and coordinate staff training needs related to use of technology. Develop technology budgets and monitor expenditures. Maintain guildelines established by the funding sources and Catholic Charities policies and procedures.



    A Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field with three (3) to five (5) years related experience is required. Experience with Microsoft products, Adobe, Office 365, and virtual server management required. Experience supervising others is preferred. 

    Valid N.Y.S. Drivers License, registered and insured vehicle.
