    Responsibilities

    The Program Manager will train, supervise, and evaluate staff and volunteers to achieve program objectives. Serve as advocate and resource for staff and program participants. Establish short and long term program objectives. Monitor expenses and use of program assets as well as making budget recommendations. Maintain and update the client record database for timely completion of program statistics and reports. Maintain a clean and safe facility. Report all hazards to appropriate authorities and or agency administration.  Act as a liaison to all governmental agencies and interface at local, state and national level. Lead in increasing productivity and quality within area of operation. Interpret and uphold policies and procedures of Catholic Charities, the funding source, and the program. 

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree with three (3) years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience working with homeless or housing vulnerable populations. Valid N.Y.S. Drivers License, N.Y.S. Child Abuse Registry clearance.
