The Program Manager will recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff and volunteers to achieve program objectives.Serve as an advocate and resource for program, staff, and program participants. Represent Elderly Services programs in the community. Monitor expenses and use of program assets. Make budget recommendations. Order and maintain equipment and supplies; and insure the maintenance and timely completion of all program statistics and reports required by the funding source and Catholic Charities. Additionally, Program Manager will seek funding opportunities and complete grant applications.
Bachelor’s Degree with five (5) years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Supervisory and Administrative experience. Experience working with geriatric population preferred. Valid N.Y.S. Driver’s License, N.Y.S. Child Abuse Registry clearance
