    The Administrative Assistant will help the Development department manage the tracking and acknowledgement of donors and donations coming into the agency. Utilize Raiser's Edge database to enter donations, update or create constituent records, produce mailing lists if needed. Within a timely manner ensure the acknowledgement of donations. Other minor administrative tasks as/if needed.  Maintain guidelines established by the funding sources and Catholic Charities policies and procedures.


    This is a temporary position, 15-20 hours per week starting early November through mid-February.


    Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associates degree with three (3) years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience using Raiser's Edge software a must. Excellent oral and written communications. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Successful interaction with diverse populations.
