The Program Manager will provide supervision and support to the teaching staff in day to day operations and implementation of Preschool curriculum. Create and coordinate program activities and/or resources.
Network within Catholic Charities and with outside service providers to make appropriate referrals to service the needs of program participants. Promote the program objectives. Perform classroom assessments and monitoring as appropriate and required by funding sources. Ensure that teaching staff maintain and update all records in a timely manner to meet guidelines of funding sources. Direct and supervise teaching staff and volunteers and provide appropriate guidelines. Assist in recruiting, training and evaluating assigned program staff. Maintain accountability for all participants, assigned staff, and volunteers while in program.
Maintain guidelines established by the funding sources and Catholic Charities policies and procedures.

Permanent NYS teaching certificate, B-2nd or N-6th; and 1 -3 years teaching experience in an Early Childhood program; and 1-3 years supervisory experience in a related field of work required. Familiarity with OCFS licensing requirements strongly preferred.
