    Responsibilities

    Dignity Works, LLC is a collection of social ventures operated by Catholic Charities of Onondaga County designed to reduce poverty over time by providing work opportunities in construction, property maintenance, and culinary arts for clients of Catholic Charities of Onondaga County.

     

    Dignity Works, LLC is accepting applications for a business minded General Manager to lead, direct, and manage the daily operations of Dignity Works social ventures, specifically in the areas of construction management, and property maintenance. Additionally, the General Manager will function as the lead strategist for Dignity Works in the areas of business development, Project Management, Financial Operations, Staff Supervision, and Board Relationships.

    Qualifications

    Five or more years of experience in the management of construction, renovation, and/or property maintenance projects and business are required. Experience in business development, start up, staff supervision, and working with diverse populations also required. An Associates or Bachelor degree is preferred.
