    The Program Administrator will work with Agency Leadership to complete/submit proposals, reports and billing. Work with Agency Leadership to develop and implement site inspection program and coordinate other QA/QI initiatives. Manage special projects, including but not limited to the monthly food distribution. Provide guidelines to program leadership and maintain accountability as appropriate. Support Chief Program Officer and Department Heads in completion of administrative tasks. Act as a professional role model for staff and participants. Maintain guidelines established by the funding sources, Diocese and Catholic Charities policies and procedures.


    Bachelor’s Degree with three (3) years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience in program service delivery and operations. Experience in the development and implementation of new systems preferred. Valid NYS Driver’s license, State Central Registry Clearance.
