    The Skilled Tradesperson will maintain and perform general building and property repairs including but not limited to, minor carpentry, drywall, electrical, masonry, plumbing and property maintenance repairs. Competent in the operation of landscaping tools and proper usage of equipment. Working knowledge of vehicle use in the operation of snow plowing, snow blower use and de-icing equipment and processes. Assist in the completion of project-based tasks in a timely manner assigned by the program supervisor. Possess basic computer skills and be able to utilize technology efficiently. Ensure all projects proceed and are completed in accordance with federal, state and local codes. Provide and maintain a safe environment, reporting unsafe conditions to the General Manager. Maintain guidelines established by the funding sources and Catholic Charities policies and procedures.


    High School Diploma or equivalent with up to three (3) years relevant experience. Experience in property maintenance and repairs preferred. Valid N.Y.S. Driver's License and N.Y.S. Child Abuse Registry clearance.
