The Rapid Rehousing Program Coordinator will design, develop and implement program plans to achieve daily program goals and objectives.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to; Createing  and coordinating program activities and/or resources. Coordination with Program Manager to prepare and complete reports. Conduct group supervisions as needed with Case Workers to assist in achieving program objectives. Audit incoming client files, enter in all databases and spreadsheets and coordinate with other community members as needed to ensure appropriate matching. Maintain and update all records in a timely manner to meet guidelines of funding sources. Maintain accountability for all participants, assigned staff, and volunteers while in program. Act as professional role model for staff and participants. Provide case management services to small caseload, in emergency situations to cover for case workers, in an effort to restore, rehabilitate and support participants as an active and productive member of their family and community resulting in minimal ongoing professional intervention. Maintain guidelines established by the funding sources and Catholic Charities policies and procedures.


Education and/or Experience Required at Entry:   A four year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with up to three (3) years of relevant experience required. Thorough knowledge of a technical field can be required.


Licenses/Certificate/Clearances: Valid N.Y.S. Driver’s License, NYS driver’s license check, criminal background check, State Central Register Clearance.


Working Conditions and Environment/Physical Demands:   Mobility sufficient to drive to and participate in meetings at client’s homes and/or community facilities which may not meet Federal accessibility standards for disabled individuals, Manual dexterity sufficient to work with children/adults in a challenging and active environment.
