Direct and advise Catholic Charities and Toomey Residential in the effective use of information/communication technology through assessment, evaluation, recommendation, design, implementation, training and on-going monitoring. Lead, direct, and manage the IT department , manage day-to-day IT operations and services, including, but not limited to, IT help desk services, asset management, hardware procurement, software administration, and onboarding & off-boarding support, and act as agency HIPAA Security Officer.
Bachelor’s Degree with five (5) years of experience in information technology or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required. Three (3) years supervisory experience, preferably in an IT environment and systems administration experience required. Experience in HIPAA IT regulations preferred.
