The IT Technician will provide technical support and problem resolution to local and remote users. Install and update computer hardware and software. Maintain computer software, hardware and networks. Provide one-on-one end-user problem resolution on site and over the phone for hardware/software problems. Clearly communicate technical solutions is a user-friendly and professional manner.


Education and/or Experience Required at Entry: Associates degree, A+ certification or Certificate from a two year accredited computer technical program with a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in desktop, printer and copier installation and troubleshooting; Network cabling; Routers and wireless networking VPN ; Remote administration of Local Area Network LAN/WAN installation, support and maintenance. Software/Hardware installation; Network protocols in a Windows Server 2003/2008 environment.


Licenses/Certificate/Clearances: Valid N.Y.S. Driver’s License, registered and insured vehicle.
