Responsibilities

The Maintenance Specialist will perform general maintenance and repairs, coordinate client relocation, and ensure work orders are completed efficiently, correctly and within the specified time frame.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience Required at Entry: High School Diploma or equivalent, and one year of relevant experience. Experience in property maintenance and repair preferred. Candidates with lived experience are preferred, and encouraged to apply.

 

Licenses/Certificate/Clearances: Valid N.Y.S. Driver’s License, State Central Registry.
