Basic Function/Purpose: The Shelter Program Manager will help Design, develop and implement program plans to achieve daily program goals and objectives. They will create and coordinate program activities and/or resources. Network within Catholic Charities and with outside service providers to make appropriate referrals to service the needs of program participants. Promote the program objectives. Maintain and update all records in a timely manner to meet guidelines of funding sources. Direct and supervise staff and provide appropriate guidelines. Assist in recruiting, training and evaluating program staff. Recruit and evaluate program participants. Maintain accountability for all participants, assigned staff. Act as professional role model for staff and participants. Maintain guidelines established by the funding sources and Catholic Charities policies and procedures.
Pay For This Position is $58,500.00 Per Year and Is full Time On Call.
